٢٨٨٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبد الرحيم) (١) بن سليمان عن أشعث بن (سوّار) (٢) عن عبد اللَّه بن ذكوان عن ابن عباس قضى في ظفر رجل أصابه رجل فاعور بعشر دية الإصبع (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) gave the verdict regarding a man's nail, which was damaged by another person and then became hollow, that compensation equal to one-tenth of the finger's blood money should be given.
