Hadith 28848
٢٨٨٤٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج (عن عطاء) (١) قال: قلت (له) (٢): استؤصل الذكر، قال: الدية، (قلت) (٣): أرأيت إن أصيبت الحشفة ثم (أصيب) (٤) شيء مما بقي؟ قال: جرح.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj narrates from Ata that I asked him, "If the male organ is uprooted from the root, what is the ruling?" He replied, "In that case, there is blood money (diyah)." Then I asked, "What is your opinion if the glans is cut off and then some part of the remaining portion is also cut off?" He replied, "There will be blood money (diyah) for the wound."
