٢٨٨٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد عن عبيدة عن إبرإهيم عن عمر قال: في الجائفة ثلث الدية (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Umar that for an internal wound of the stomach or brain, one-third of the blood money (diyat) is prescribed.
