٢٨٨٢٩ - وعن أشعث عن الزهري أن النبي ﷺ (١) قضى في الجائفة ثلث الدية (٢).
28829 - From Ash'ath, from Az-Zuhri, that the Prophet ﷺ (1) ruled that for a deep wound (ja'ifah) one-third of the blood money (diyah) is due (2).
