٢٨٨٢٥ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن محمد بن عمرو عن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال: في الجائفة ثلث الدية] (١).
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said that for an internal wound of the skull or brain, one-third of the blood money (diyah) is prescribed.
