Hadith 28742
٢٨٧٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن حجاج (١) عن (زيد) (٢) أنه ⦗٧٢⦘ قال: في الأصابع في كل مفصل ثلث دية الإصبع إلا الإبهام، فإن فيها نصف ديتها إذا قطعت من المفصل، لأن فيها مفصلين (٣).
Hazrat Zaid said that for each joint of a finger, one third of the finger's blood money will be given, except for the thumb, because in the case of the thumb's joint being cut off, half of the thumb's blood money will be given, as it has only two joints.
