اليد (يقطع) منها بعد ما قطعتRuling on the Hand that is Cut After the Wrist
Hadith 28677
٢٨٦٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قطعت الكف من المفصل (فإن) (٢) فيها ديتها، فإن قطع منها شيء بعد ذلك ففيها حكومة عدل، وإذا قطعت من العضد أو أسفل من العضد شيئًا، (فإن) (٣) فيها ديتها.
Ibrahim said that when the palm is cut off from the joint, there is blood money for it. Then if some part of the hand is cut off after that, the decision will be made by a just man. And if the arm or below the arm is cut off, then there is also full blood money for it.
