Hadith 28675
٢٨٦٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: إذا قطعت اليد من المفصل ففيها نصف الدية، وإذا قطعت من العضد ففيها نصف الدية.
Hazrat Aamir said that if the hand is cut off from the joint, then half of the blood money (diyat) is due, and if it is cut off from the arm, then half of the blood money (diyat) is due.
