٢٨٦٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قال عطاء: في اليد تستأصل خمسون، قلت: أمن المنكب أو من الكتف؟ قال: لا، بل من المنكب.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Ata said that if the hand is severed from the root, the compensation is fifty camels. I asked, "Is it if it is cut from the shoulder or from the upper arm?" He replied, "No, rather from the upper arm."
