٢٨٦٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن إذا ذهب كلامه فالدية.
It is narrated from Hasan that when one is no longer able to speak, then blood money (diyah) is due.
