٢٨٦٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن محمد بن إسحاق عمن سمع القاسم بن محمد وسئل عن رجل ضرب (حنجرة) (١) رجل فذهب صوته، فقال: فيها الدية.
Hazrat Muhammad bin Ishaq narrates from a person who heard from Qasim bin Muhammad, when he was asked about a person who struck another man's throat, causing his voice to be lost, he replied that there is blood money (diyah) for this.
