Hadith 28579
٢٨٥٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد أنه كان يقول: في جائفة الأنف ثلث الدية، فإن (أنفذ) (١) (فالثلثان) (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid that he used to say that for an internal wound of the nose, one-third of the blood money (diyah) is prescribed. Then, if it increases, he used to say two-thirds.
