Hadith 28577
٢٨٥٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد قال: في الروثة ثلث الدية، وإن أصيب من الروثة الأرنبة أو غيرها ما لم يبلغ العظم فبحساب (١).
Hazrat Mujahid said that for the cutting of the tip of the nose, one third of the blood money (diyah) is due, and if along with the tip, the cartilage or any other part is also injured, then as long as the wound does not reach the bone, the blood money will be according to the extent of the injury.
