شبه العمد ما هو؟What Is Semi-Intentional Killing?
Hadith 28485
٢٨٤٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن مصعب عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري قال: شبه العمد أن يضرب الرجلُ الرجلَ في (النائر) (١) يكون بينهما ولا يريد قتله فيمرض من ذلك (فيموت) (٢).
Hazrat Zuhri said that Qatl Shibh-e-Amad is when a person strikes another as a consequence of a crime committed between them, but does not intend to kill him, yet the person becomes ill due to that blow and dies.
