Hadith 28484
٢٨٤٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ما كان من قتل بغير سلاح فهو شبه العمد، وفيه الدية على العاقلة.
It is narrated from Ibrahim that whoever is killed without a weapon, it falls under quasi-intentional murder (shubh-i-amd), and in this case, the blood money (diyah) is obligatory upon the relatives.
