شبه العمد ما هو؟What Is Semi-Intentional Killing?
Hadith 28483
٢٨٤٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: شبه العمد كل شيء (تعمد به) (١) بغير حديد، فلا يكون شبه العمد إلا في النفس، ولا يكون دون النفس.
Ibrahim said that if the intention is to strike with anything other than iron, then this is considered shibh-e-amd (quasi-intentional killing), and shibh-e-amd occurs only in the case of life (i.e., the soul). In matters less than life, there is no shibh-e-amd.
