شبه العمد ما هو؟What Is Semi-Intentional Killing?
Hadith 28481
٢٨٤٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "قتيل السوط والعصا شبه عمد" (١).
It is narrated from Hasan that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A person who dies due to a whip or a stick falls under the category of quasi-intentional killing (shibh al-‘amd).
