Hadith 28451
٢٨٤٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قلت لعطاء: إن شاء (القروي) (١) أعطى مائة ناقة، أو مائتي بقرة، أو ألفي شاة، ولم يعط ذهبًا، قال: إن شاء أعطى إبلًا ولم يعط ذهبًا.
Ibn Jurayj said: I asked Ata, "If a villager wishes, can he give a hundred camels, or two hundred cows, or two thousand goats, and not give gold?" He replied, "If he wishes, he may give camels and not give gold." Ibn Jurayj said: Ata said, "It used to be said: 'Camels are upon those who own camels, cows upon those who own cows, and goats upon those who own goats.'"
