Hadith 28450
٢٨٤٥٠ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن ابن طاوس قال: قال أبي: يعطون من أي صنف كان بقيمة الإبل يومئذ ما كانت إذا ارتفعت، وإن انخفضت فقيمتها] (١).
Ibn Tawus says that my father said: The blood money will be paid according to the price of camels on that day, no matter how high it is, and no matter with which type (goat, cow) it is paid. If the price of camels is higher, and if it is lower, then the price of that type will be paid.
