Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon on the day of the conquest of Makkah. He stood on the steps of the Ka'bah and then said: "All praise is due to Allah, Who fulfilled His promise, helped His servant, and defeated the confederates alone. Beware! Indeed, for a person killed unintentionally with a whip or stick, there is a heavy blood money (diyah), that is, one hundred camels, of which forty are such pregnant she-camels whose offspring are in their wombs."
