Hadith 28436
٢٨٤٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن ابن أبي عروبة عن قتادة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "دية الخطأ مائة بعير، (فمن) (١) زاد بعيرًا فهو من أمر الجاهلية" (٢).
Qatadah said that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The blood money for killing is one hundred camels, so whoever adds one camel more has acted according to the practices of the pre-Islamic period of ignorance."
