Hadith 28398
٢٨٣٩٨ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن سالم عن زرعة بن مسلم (بن) (١) جرهد عن جده أن النبي ﷺ أبصره في المسجد وعليه بردة قد انكشف فخذه فقال: "إن ⦗٥٣٢⦘ الفخذ (عورة) (٢) " (٣).
Hazrat Jarhad narrates from his grandfather, he says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw him in the mosque in such a state that he had a sheet on him and his thigh was uncovered. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely, the thigh is part of the 'awrah (private parts to be covered).
