Hadith 28281
٢٨٢٨١ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن أبي حيان عن أبيه قال: التقى عبد اللَّه بن عمرو وابن عمر فانتجيا بينهما ثم انصرف كل واحد منهما إلى أصحابه فانصرف ابن عمر وهو (يبكي) (١) (فقالوا) (٢) له: ما يبكيك؛ قال: أبكاني الذي زعم (هذا) (٣) أنه سمعه (من) (٤) رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يدخل الجنة أحد في قلبه مثقال حبة خردل من كبر" (٥).
Hazrat Saeed bin Hayan Taimi narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) met each other, and they whispered to each other, then each of them returned to his companions. And Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) returned in such a state that he was weeping. People asked him: What made you weep? He replied: The person who says that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: No one will enter Paradise who has even a mustard seed's weight of arrogance in his heart, made me weep.
