Hadith 28194
٢٨١٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا الأعمش عن أبي سفيان عن جابر قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ فقال: يا رسول اللَّه! أي المسلمين أفضل؟ فقال: "من سلم المسلمون من لسانه ويده" (١).
Hazrat Jabir narrates that a man came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Who is the best among the Muslims? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: The one from whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe.
