Hadith 28029
٢٨٠٢٩ - حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن ابن عجلان عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار عن أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (الإيمان) (١) ستون أو سبعون أو بضعة -واحد العددين-: أعلاها شهادة أن لا إله إلا اللَّه، وأدناها إماطة الأذى عن الطريق، والحياء شعبة من الإيمان" (٢).
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Faith has sixty or seventy or a few more branches. He mentioned one of these two numbers... The highest of them is bearing witness that there is no god but Allah, and the simplest is removing something harmful from the path, and modesty is also a part of faith.
