Hadith 27925
٢٧٩٢٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن جامع بن شداد عن عامر بن عبد اللَّه بن الزبير (عن أبيه) (١) قال: قلت للزبير: يا (أبة) (٢)! (مالي) (٣) لا أسمعك تحدث عن رسول اللَّه ﷺ كما أسمع ابن مسعود وفلانا وفلانا؟ فقال: (أما) (٤) إني لم أفارقه منذ أسلمت ولكني سمعت منه كلمة (٥): "من كذب علي (متعمدًا) (٦) فليتبوأ مقعده من النار" (٧).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair narrates that I asked my father, Hazrat Zubair: O dear father! I have never heard you narrate the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) as I hear Ibn Mas'ud and so-and-so and so-and-so narrate. He replied: Since I embraced Islam, I have never been separated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), but I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever deliberately attributes a lie to me, then he should prepare his abode in the Hellfire.
