Hadith 27323
٢٧٣٢٣ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن أبي بردة قال: دخلت مسجد المدينة فإذا عبد اللَّه بن سلام، فسلمت ثم جلست، فقال: يا ابن أخي إنك جلست (إلينا) (١) ونحن نريد القيام (٢).
Hazrat Abu Burdah narrates that I entered the mosque of Madinah and Hazrat Abdullah bin Salam was sitting there, so I greeted him with salam and then I sat down. Upon this, he said: O my nephew! You sat down, whereas we intend to get up.
