ما قالوا: في البر وصلة الرحمStatements of some regarding goodness and maintaining family ties
Hadith 27037
٢٧٠٣٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: (حدثنا) (١) فطر عن مجاهد عن عبد اللَّه بن (عمرو) (٢) قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن الرحم معلقة بالعرش وليس المواصل بالمكافئ، ولكن (المواصل) (٣) الذي إذا انقطعت رحمه وصلها" (٤).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Verily, kinship emerges from the Throne of Allah, and the one who maintains ties of kinship is not the one who merely reciprocates. Rather, the one who truly maintains ties of kinship is the person who, when someone severs relations with him, he joins relations with them.
