Hadith 27016
٢٧٠١٦ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن داود بن (شابور) (١) عن مجاهد قال: مر النبي ﷺ ⦗١٤١⦘ بقوم (يجرون) (٢) حجرا فقال: " (ما هذه؟) (٣) " قالوا: (حجر الأشداء) (٤) قال: "ألا أخبركم بأشد من هذا [؟ " (قال) (٥): "الذي يكون بينه وبين أخيه] (٦) (الشيء) فيغلب شيطانه فيأتيه فيكلمه" (٧).
Hazrat Mujahid narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by some people who were pulling a stone. He asked: What is this? They replied: It is a very heavy stone! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Shall I not tell you about something even harder than this? It is when there is a severance of relations between two brothers, so that Satan overcomes them, and one comes to his brother and starts talking to him.
