Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Asma’s freed slave, Hazrat Abu Umar, that he says: I saw Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) buy a turban which had a (silk) mark on it. So he called for scissors and cut off that (mark). I mentioned this to Hazrat Asma, so she said: Abdullah is astonishing. O slave girl! Bring the cloak of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So the slave girl brought a cloak whose sleeves, collar, and slit had a mark of silk on them.
