Hadith 26250
٢٦٢٥٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن (عبد اللَّه) (١) بن عمر عن نافع أن ابن عمر (أخبره) (٢) أن عمر (٣) رأى حلة سيراء من (حرير) (٤) فقال: يا رسول اللَّه لو ابتعت هذه الحلة للوفد وليوم الجمعة (فقال) (٥): "إنما يلبس ⦗٤٨٠⦘ هذه من (لا) (٦) خلاق له في الآخرة" (٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Nafi that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) informed him that Hazrat Umar bin Khattab saw a suit made of pure silk and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! If you buy this suit for delegations and for Friday?" Upon this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only he wears it who has no share in the Hereafter."
