في لبس (الحرير) وكراهية لبسهOn Wearing Silk and Disliking It
Hadith 26243
٢٦٢٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن هبيرة قال: أهدي لرسول اللَّه ﷺ حلة من حرير، (فأهداها) (١) لعلي فلبسها عليٌ، فلما رآه النبي ﷺ قال: "أني أكره لك ما أكره لنفسي، أجعلها (خمرًا) (٢) بين النساء" (٣).
It is narrated from Hubaira, he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was gifted a suit made of silk, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) gifted that suit to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Then Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) wore it. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw that suit, he said: "The things I dislike for myself, I also dislike for you. Make it a shawl among the women and give it to them."
