Hadith 25641
٢٥٦٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يزني الزاني (حين يزني) (١) وهو مؤمن، ولا يسرق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن، ولا يشرب الخمر حين يشرب وهو مؤمن، ولا ينتهب نهبة يرفع الناس (٢) أبصارهم وهو مؤمن" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah, he says that the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person commits adultery, he does not commit adultery while in a state of faith, and when a person steals, he does not steal while in a state of faith, and when a person drinks alcohol, he does not drink alcohol while in a state of faith. The one who snatches wealth, whose snatching is watched by people with raised eyes, does not snatch wealth while in a state of faith."
