Hadith 25630
٢٥٦٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن يزيد عن مجاهد عن عبد اللَّه ابن عمرو قال: قال النبي ﷺ: "من شرب الخمر فجعلها في (بطنه) (١) لم (تقبل) (٢) له صلاة سبعا، إن مات (فيها) (٣) مات كافرا، فإن أذهبت عقله عن شيء من الفرائض لم تقبل له صلاة أربعين يومًا، فإن مات (فيها) (٤) مات كافرا" (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks alcohol and lets it enter his stomach, his prayer will not be accepted for seven days. If he dies during these days, he will die as a disbeliever. And if the alcohol causes him to lose his senses regarding any of the obligatory duties, then his prayer will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies during these days, he will die as a disbeliever."
