Hadith 25450
٢٥٤٥٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن الأعمش عن أبي إسحاق قال: صنعت طعامًا فدعوت أصحاب عبد اللَّه: عمرو بن شرحبيل (وعبد اللَّه) (١) بن ذئب، وعمارة، ومرة الهمداني، وعمرو بن ميمون (فسقيتهم) (٢) النبيذ والطلاء فشربوا، (فقال) (٣) الأعمش: قلت له: كانوا يرون الخوابي؟ قال: نعم، كانوا ينظرون إليها وهم يستقون منها.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Ishaq, he says: Once I prepared food and invited the companions of Hazrat Abdullah… that is, Amr bin Shurahbil, Abdullah bin Zayb, Ammarah, Marrah Hamdani, and Umar bin Maymoon… and I served them nabidh and tila and they drank it. Hazrat A’mash says: I asked him (Abu Ishaq), “Were those people looking at the jars?” Hazrat Abu Ishaq said: Yes, they were looking at the jars and it was being served to them from those very jars.
