Hadith 25436
٢٥٤٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن (أبي) (١) إسحاق عن عمرو بن ميمون قال: قال عمر: إنا لنشرب هذا الشراب الشديد لنقطع به لحوم الإبل في بطوننا أن تؤذينا، فمن رابه من شرابه شيء فليمزجه بالماء (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Maymoon, he says that Hazrat Umar used to say: We drink this strong beverage so that we can digest the camel meat present in our stomachs, so that it does not cause us harm. Therefore, whoever has doubt or suspicion in drinking it, let him mix water into it.
