Hadith 25346
٢٥٣٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا سليمان التيمي عن أسماء بنت يزيد عن ابن عم لها (يقال) (١) له أنس: أنه سمع ابن عباس (يقول) (٢): ألم يقل اللَّه (تعالى) (٣): ﴿(وَ) (٤) مَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا﴾ [الحشر: ٧]، قالوا: بلى، قال: ألم يقل اللَّه تعالى: ﴿وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا (أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ) (٥)﴾ [الأحزاب: ٣٦] الآية، قال: فأشهد على رسول اللَّه ﷺ أنه (نهى) (٦) عن نبيذ النقير والمزفت والدباء والحنتم (٧).
Hazrat Asma bint Yazid narrates from her cousin (who was called Anas) that he heard Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) say: "Is it not the command of Allah: 'And whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain from it'?" The people said, "Of course." Then Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "Is it not the word of Allah: 'And when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, it is not for a believing man or a believing woman to have any choice in their affair'?" Then Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "I bear witness before you that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade nabidh (fermented drink) made in naqir, muzaffat, dubba', and hantam."
