Hadith 25235
٢٥٢٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الفضل (قال: حدثنا ابن الغسيل) (١) عن ⦗٢٠٢⦘ عاصم (بن) (٢) عمر (بن) (٣) قتادة قال: سمعت جابر بن عبد اللَّه قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "إن كان في شيء من أدويتكم خير ففي شرطة معجم، أو (في) (٤) شربة من عسل، أو لذعة (بنار) (٥) توافق (الداء) (٦) وما أحب أن أكتوي" (٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "If there is any good in your remedies, it is in the incision of cupping, or in drinking honey, or in cauterization with fire that suits the illness. But I do not like to be cauterized."
