٢٤٩٥٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص (عن) (١) سليمان (أبي) (٢) عبد اللَّه قال: قال الحسن: من (احتاز) (٣) من رجل مالا، أو سرق من رجل ⦗٩٩⦘ (مالا) (٤) فأراد أن يرده إليه من وجه لا يعلم، فأوصله إليه فلا بأس.
Hasan says that if a person keeps someone’s property or steals someone’s property, then wishes to return that property in such a way that the owner does not know, and delivers that property to him, then there is no harm in it.
