Hadith 24940
٢٤٩٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن (١) إسماعيل بن مسلم عن الحارث قال: كان شريح لا يدع ظلة (لا) (٢) يمر فيها الفارس برمحه، ويقول: بنيتم على رمح الفارس.
Hazrat Harith narrates that Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) would not allow any canopy to remain standing under which a horseman carrying his spear could not pass, and he used to say: "You have constructed a building over the horseman's spear."
