٢٤٨٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن (حسن) (١) (عن) (٢) أبي حمزة عن إبراهيم قال: يضمن الراعي، إذا كان يرعى [لهذا (ولهذا) (٣)، فإذا كان يرعى] (٤) لك وحدك فليس عليه ضمان.
Ibrahim says that if the shepherd is for several people, then he will be liable, and if he is only your shepherd, then there is no liability upon him.
