٢٤٨٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم قال: إذا (دُفع) (١) إليه (زميل) (٢) أو مر فواجره بأكثر مما استأجره (به) (٣) فلا بأس.
Hazrat Hakam states that if someone starts work with a hammer, spade, etc., then there is no harm in renting it out for more than the original rent.
