٢٤٨٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي (غنية) (١) عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: إذا استأجر الرجل الدار فأجر بعضها (وأسكن) (٢) بعضها، قال: لا بأس.
Hazrat Hakam states that if someone rents a house and then lives in a part of it himself and rents out another part, there is no harm in it.
