٢٤٨٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو داود عن زمعة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه قال: لا بأس إذا اكتريت بيتًا أن تكريه بأكثر من أجره.
Hazrat Tawoos says that if you rent a house and then rent it out to someone else for a higher rent, there is no harm in it.
