٢٤٨٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث قال: سألت الشعبي والحكم عن الرجل (يكتري) (١) الإبل ثم يكريها بأكثر مما استأجرها، قال: لا بأس إذا عمل فيها بنفسه أو اكترى فيها أجيرا.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that I asked Hazrat Sha'bi and Hazrat Hakam whether a person may rent a camel and then rent it out to someone else for a higher price? They replied: If he himself has worked with it or has hired a laborer for it, then there is no harm in it.
