في الحائك يفسد الثوبIf a Weaver Damages the Cloth
Hadith 24806
٢٤٨٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا يزيد بن إبراهيم عن ابن سيرين في رجل دفع إلى نساج غزلا فأفسده، قال: كان شريح يقول: أقم البينة أنه أفسده، فإذا (أقام) (١) البينة قال للنساج: أعطه مثل غزله.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin was asked about a person who gave wool to a cloth weaver, but he spoiled it. He said that Hazrat Shurayh used to say: Present witnesses for this matter that he spoiled it. If witnesses testify to this, then the cloth weaver will be told to return wool of the like of his wool to him.
