Hadith 24780
٢٤٧٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن هشام عن ابن سيرين عن شريح قال: إذا اشترى (الرجل) (١) السلعة، ثم وطئها، أو عرضها على البيع بعد العيب (لزمته) (٢).
Hazrat Shurayh says that when a person buys a slave-girl or goods, then has intercourse with her or, after seeing a defect, presents her for sale, then the sale becomes binding upon him and the option (of returning) ends.
