Hadith 24776
٢٤٧٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم [قال: (لا) (١) ربح لمال مضمون، قال: (تفسيره) (٢): الرجل يأخذ من الرجل مالا مضاربة ويقول: أضمن لك ولك نصف الربح] (٣) أو ثلثه.
Ibrahim says, the meaning of profit from guaranteed wealth is: a person takes wealth from another as mudarabah, saying, "I am your guarantor, and half or a third of the profit is yours."
