Hadith 24774
٢٤٧٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن زيد بن (جبير) (١) قال: كنت قاعدًا عند ابن عمر فأتاه رجل فقال: ضالة وجدتها، فقال: أصلح إليها وأنشد، (فقال) (٢): (هل) (٣) علي إن شربت من لبنها؟ قال ابن عمر: ما أرى عليك في ذلك شيئًا (٤).
Hazrat Zaid bin Jubair narrates that I was present in the company of Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them). A man came to him and said, "I have found a lost she-camel. Take care of it and keep inquiring about it." He further asked, "If I use its milk, will I be liable (for compensation)?" Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) replied, "I do not think that you are liable for anything regarding this."
