٢٤٧٦٤ - (وقال) (١) سفيان: وقول الضحاك (أحب) (٢) إلى من قول شريح: إذا كان يعرف أنه ليس مما يحدث] (٣) أن يرد ويوجب يمين المشتري أنه لم (يره) (٤) قبل أن يشتريه، ولم يرضه بعد ما رآه.
24764 - (And he said) (1) Sufyan: And the statement of al-Dhahhak is (more beloved) (2) to me than the statement of Shurayh: If it is known that it is not among those things that are newly occurring (3), then it is to be returned, and it necessitates the oath of the buyer that he did not (see it) (4) before he bought it, and that he was not pleased with it after he saw it.
